Must have ability to register and host domain names automatically for one year, accept paypal payments and be able to be packaged so it can be easily downloaded onto another server for private label sales. -Design, database and layout of website
-Navigation System
-Website Templates, up to 10 + interchangeable headers
-Individual property sites to be viewable on WAP devices and have one touch dialling.
-Automated registration and one year lease of website name
-Australian School Locator
-Google Map/satellite/street view/
-Walk Score
-Suburb Profile - see homehound.com.au
-Ability to upload floorplans,
-Local News & Weather feeds from zip code
-Integration of You Tube / Virtual Tour
-Integration of Panoramic Photo Viewer (check http://www.realestateshows.com/show.php?id=1965&resize=1 like the show and background music don't need the other stuff)
-Ability for Customer to upload unlimited property photos and slideshow in thumbnails
-Property Details with bed, bathroom, car parking buttons, request viewing button
-Brand Management - Ability for customer to upload picture, agency logo, biography and contact information to appear prominently on each page with links to email and agents own website.
-Site Management Customer has ability to build, edit and/or activate - must be simple and easy for them
-Free Preview Customer can send their clients a temporary web link BEFORE purchasing.
