I have extensive 5 years experience in providing DOTNET Web Services Developer and Internet Research & Marketing services to clients located in US, UK and Canada. Also I possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Project Description: The Company has many users belonging to different departments. They may encounter many problems during the course of their work. There is a knowledge base present to which they have access to and which can solve most of their queries, but some times it may happen that the question put by the user is complicated and the user may not get a satisfactory answer from the knowledge base. In such cases he can approach Supporters. Supporters are people in the Organization who are present to solve the problems of the user. A Supporter may belong to more than one department. If a user has a hardware problem then supporter dealing with hardware problems goes through the problem posed by the user. When a user has a problem that is to be solved by a supporter he has to create a ticket. Depending on the priorities of the ticket the supporter solves the problem of the user. The tickets are assigned some status levels depending on the extent to which they are solved. After solving a particular problem if the supporter feels that the problem is frequently occurring one then he can add the problem and its solution to the knowledge base so that other Users with similar problems can refer to the knowledge base. There is an administrator present who is in charge of the whole system. He is the one who creates supporters and users. He can give permissions to some supporters to create users but basically he does all the work by himself. The scope of this project is to help the users in solving their problems, to make their work easier. Responsibilities: • Involved in creating e-mail templates using XML, XSLT and DTS. • Created e-mail templates for the application using XSL transformations and configured Scheduling using SQL DTS. • The data was present in connected and disconnected mode using ADO.NET. • Use web services to integrate the functionality for the business application. • Implementing data editing, filtering, sorting, paging in data list and DataGrid controls Using ADO.NET. • Made effective use of Data Adapter, Command and Data Reader object in ADO.NET. • Customized Data Grid, repeater and Data List for the business requirement. • Implemented Callbacks when porting the application to ASP.NET 2.0. • Used DTS to export the database with transformation. • Created few User Controls for the application. • Created Stored Procedures, Views, and Functions in T-SQL • Used Data grid and Data list objects extensively • Executed change requests for users • Developed Callbacks.
