Description

I have a banner management software that was developed specifically for a website to offer sponsors the ability to be exclusive advertisers on a per county basis. I am looking for someone to use the software already developed and turn it into a subscription-based software where a user can easily integrate it into their own website and offer the same for their sponsors.

The software also needs to have an additional feature of a banner image generator. The generator should allow an advertiser to create a banner of defined sizes and add it to their inventory of banners to use within the affiliate program as defined below.

This software already works beautifully at this time for the purpose of advertising on one site, so the majority of the work will be setting up a front-end to market the software and a backend management dashboard for both the webmaster of the hosting sites and the advertiser to track stats, upload banners, and check results.

All of these sites are much more established however, and although I have intentions of our software being just as powerful in the future, all I need for now is a simple interface that works and is easy to understand for both the hosting site owner and the advertiser.

If my budget is unrealistic for someone and you are still a great provider that is worth expanding the budget, don't count this project out. I am going by what I BELIEVE I can get this done for, but I can and will extend my budget for a great provider.
