I get trained myself in NET FRAMEWORK 2.0 Application Development Foundation using the MCTS self-paced training kit (eBook). I also trained myself in Microsoft.NET Framework 2.0 Web-Based Client Development plus Microsoft.Net Framework 2.0 windows-based client development also using the MCTS Self-Paced Training Kit. Furthermore I also master the NET Framework 2.0 - Distributed Application Development (through the use of the MCTS Self-Paced Training Kit (EBook).). I have a bachelor degree in computer science. By reading your project, I understand that you want an application that will communicate through IP protocol and this application has to collect data and process this data to provide chart and table. I also have an insight of the kind of user interface you are looking. WindowsForms and WPF both Microsoft technologies built on top of the DOTNET framework have the essentials library classes to handle your entire requirements. Also DOTNET framework is a technology that supports applications writing in multiple languages. So the integration of the pearl script will not be a problem. Also by reading your requirements and the documents you send along, I imagine that the database will be XML file. DOTNET framework also has the essentials classes for handling XML file as databases. I will have additional questions to ask you in order for me to have a clear representation of the application architecture. So go to PMB so we can have more exchange about the project. Hi, I have a good knowledge in Perl and Perl TK for GUI developement. I am interested in taking up this project. I have more than two years of experience in perl and more than 5-6 years of experience in C programming using sockets.
