Description
I'm looking to start a karaoke website for karaoke singers. Somethings I am most interested in can be found in a few sites i have selected.they are:

This karaoke website will be a karaoke social networking site. Unlike some of these top sites, my site will require some very unique, innovative attention. All that submit bid must have no less than 5 years in any programming/designing field. I would rather not have multiple programmers doing multiple things to the script. I need the script to be fast, efficient, reliable and smart with a unique, high quality, and fun to look at.
Will need service provider to be on time, experienced in the field, creative, open minded, willing to except changes and or add ons' and be able and willing to communicate daily via any messenger and be dedicated to this script until completion and testing is successful.
Need the script to be have a completly manageable adminstrative panel. I want script to have very simple customizable template edit system. Banner and add system and drag and drop profile designer for the users/members. Need payment system in place for the site and for paid members, where members can upload, record audio/video with special effects and apps, want allow downloads of recorded songs to be downloaded by user that recorded themselves if they are a paid member.
I want script to determine if user is paid or free user. Download buttons will not appear for no other user except paid. and allow paid users to sell individual and album downloads of the works as they do on other pay for download sites. Simple site and personal account/profile navigation for users is a must.
Want to have script written with all the latest intruder type securities. I want to be able to completely organize, maintain, customize and fully manage every aspect of this script from admin cp. None of this seems to be difficult as many social network scripts out there already do and have many of these structures and features.
The service provider must be descrete and make no claims on the script and or it's unique features revealed nor sold to any others. Writer(s) of this script must forefit all rights of this work and all be branded as solely my script will all rights to it. My current plans is to introduce this script to the world as it's own one of a kind site script. Later, I may wish to license off the script to others for a fee. All of this must be agreed to and understood. I have hired many many providers from here and know the system very well. I am very particular about the turn out of my scripts. I'm not hard to work with and I pay upon satisfation that my requirements have been made. Read my reviews!
With some of these basics out of the way. We can now get started.
basically, the three sites i presented in the intro have almost everything i need in my new script with exception of the admin cp, payment structures, drag and drop profile designer, upload/download manager, custom apps for the site and few other things.
As I do not want to reveal to the entire world the confidential additional, unique features I require. Please place a bid based on the features that are in the current sites listed in the 3 urls I provided and I will reveiw proposed bids and sent my additional features and apps request via a seperated detailed specifics in a seperate uploaded form to that provider of my choice. I need to get this started right away and get a timeline for a deadline.

audio/video (create an original audio/video player with unique features and apps for upload/downloads) As used on ksolo.myspace.com, They have you download a manager. I would like a simular approache with my apps and features with visual working affects.
SEO (Must be extremely SEO friendly. As you all know, this is a major must)
