Description

Hi Guys,

We are looking for a call center / telesales consultants to do cold call sales for our VOIP product. The VOIP product is sold within Australia and is for a reputable and well known company.

Sale Type:

We expect the telesales consultants to perform cold call sales to Australian residents. These are all residential sales.

The sale is for $90 (AUD) and consists of a residential VOIP device and an account creation. The account is $14.95 (AUD) per month for the customer.

All sales are processed online through a web interface, whilst the customer is on the phone to the consultant. (or just after the call)

This is a popular product and we have sold this through Telesales before. This is not an "attempt" at telesales for this product. This has been "accomplished" and we are looking to upscale tremendously.

Important Points:

1) You will need to provide your own list of numbers to call. (Australian landline)

2) Any list used will need to be washed against the Australian Do Not Call Register. This is an included item in our contract with telesales centers / staff.

3) Customers must have ADSL or CABLE broadband. Sales to SATTELITE or WIRELESS customers will not be paid out.

4) We will provide a template script for sales which has been successfully used in the past.

5) Sales are to be inputted into the system daily.

Payment:

Payment is made weekly on invoice. We can organise to begin payments through escrow and can continue using most means of payment from that point onwards.

Bidding for this project is on a commission per sale basis. A weekly / daily amount will be considered, however at this time please bid for commission per sale.

Longevity of Project & Total Sales able to be handled.

This project is expected to last 12 months with a view to extend to 36 months.

We can accept and supply hardware for as many sales as submitted. If you believe you can supply a certain number of sales / month please PM me.
