Hello

I am searching for top freelancers (coders, designers etc) to create a project in partnership, and this means a lot of things, including that that I will not be paying you.
The website that I want to launch will generate income, and you will earn 20% of that income. Since there will be 4 of us in the project (me, copywriter, coder, designer) each one of us will get 30% of the income, and the 20% left will be used to advertising and maintenance.

I will not ask you money for this partnership, just work.

I have been managing big web projects, and know how to make a project work but the help of a great designer and a great coder is top condition for success.

I would prefer to find partners that are individuals, a single coder or web designer, not companies.

This project is very important so I am not looking for unstable freelancers, without habits of been able to provide great feedback, work consistently, educated, friendly etc.
I am looking for honest, responsible freelancers that know that projects take a lot of time and work, before being able to generate good income.

This means that you should be not only good, but fast doing your work, and have some time available. If you dont have time, don't bid, because you will not be able to work consistently and that will eventually hurt our business relationship.

I also have a 9 to 5 work, and other projects, but, I know that I am able to get some time, and if or when necessary, I get work done on weekends...because I really want to do this. You need to have this same spirit.

By the way:
I use a project management software, so that all tasks, timings, deadlines etc are logged, and accomplished. You need to be available to use this system. I do not believe that is possible to keep up with a web project without this type of organization especially when we are not full time or when people are in different locations.

You also need to be able to communicate via some kind of messenger daily.

If you are a coder let me know what coding languages are you comfortable with.
Besides others I would like to find someone comfortable with PHP, MYSQL, implementing WEB-SERVICES, XML, implementing APIs, AJAX, JS
Tasks will be not only to code from scratch but also to integrate several APIs, from payment solutions, CRM solutions etc

If you are a web-designer let me know if you are also a graphic artist or just web-designer, and what applications do you master.
I would like to find a web-designer that is also a creative graphic designer, with a good understanding of the web 2.0 look and feel, yet able to provide a good corporate serious design look and feel.

I know I will have lots of bids, most of them will not be interesting. Please help me understand that you are the freelancer i am looking for when you bid ok? You do not imagine the crazy lame bids that freelancers sometimes send - I am not sure how those freelancers expect to get bids accepted.

Since you need to provide a bid for a certain task, please bid to create a 5 page design including xhtml/css (if you are a web-designer), or to make a code (if you are a coder) that will allow people to submit sites for review (form with a few fields) and then the code to allow me to make and display the review online.
If you are a copywriter, bid to write content for a 5 page website that is about website related issues, reviews etc.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask them, I will try to answer them the best I can.

This is a serious project form someone that is not a kid anymore and with responsibilities every month - so I would expect to find partners that are also serious about creating a successful enterprise, not curious kids that get excited in the first 2 weeks and then decide to give up.

P.S: I will have to ignore answers that are clearly already made, answers with to many links etc. Please be short, clear, complete, but not boring or off-topic.
