They were able to make separate groups, members, blogs from the main site with their business blog (subblogs).

is different from:

http://business.mountainprideconnections.com/groups
http://business.mountainprideconnections.com/members

I would like my sublogs to have separate group, blogs, members directory from the root blog in Buddypress as the site above does.

Also I would like all subblogs to use the Buddypress theme that only works with the Root or Main blog home page. It needs to be hacked.
