I need a wallpaper website made using Wordpress. The
Functionality and layout of the site will be similar to
http://www.soiphone.com/new_iphone_wallpapers,1.html

KEY FEATURES:
-Original scripting
-Ability to display category and subcategory lists with thumbnails
-Have three columns
-Must use widgets
-Custom header, footer, background, navigation, css, layout, etc.
-I will be copyright owner of the theme
-Must integrate link to author site in admin panels of Wordpress users who use the theme
