I posted this project a bunch of times and if you dont have any reviews I probably wont pick you. I need a tinychat.com type of site with all the features and extra features likepm

Please review tinychat.com and tell me if you can make something like that. I dont want you just accepting the project just so I can pick you then tell me you cant do it later. My server run red5 so I need someone who did projects using red5. Everything that tinychat.com I want on my site all the features and the extra ones i asked.
Before you accept this project (I DOOOO NOTTTT LET ME REPEAT DOOOO NOT WANT MY SITE TO LOOK LIKE TINYCHAT I WANT A DIFFERENT LOOK THAT MEANNS A FRESH TEMPLATE DESIGN. I DONT WANT YOU TO TAKE THERE CODES AND MAKE IT LIKE THEM.) I need is kinda fast maybe in 15 days no longer but If I have to wait then thats fine. Please dont waste my time because you need the money.
I want to pay around 200-1000 nothing more please. I hope this project can be done really fast because I posted this so many times but no results. Please be a good designer too.
