Description

I am planning to start up a Canadian Corporation and I need an analysis of my option regarding starting a Corporation versus operating as soleproprietor in Canada (I need to know to incorporate or non my business). I also need bookkeping services on a monthly business for a small startup including filing all the necessary documents with CRA. I prefer someone with experience with Canadian businesses.

dear Sir, Providing book keep services is an ongoing job. I am a Qualified public accountant from India and have requisite knowledge of book-keeping and accounting. Initially after set-up, it would take 1 to 2 days per week to maintain the books weekly. but as the volume will expand it will become a daily job. Regards, Shashank

I have recently made the same decision as you. I chose to incorporate vs. sole proprietorship 8 months ago. I currently took on the accounting of a local Spa with the same decision and advised her. Additionally, I am submitting forms to the CRA on behalf on my business as well as the Spa and an Irrigation Company that I've been a VA (including their books) for for the last 8 months.
