Description
HiI am looking for hardcore Sales/ Marketing persons based in an English speaking country who can comfortably cold call and generate new leads for us. We are a holiday rental portal and specialize in private let apartments and serviced apartments. We are looking to add a new city to our portfolio – New York City. We require a sales person who is experienced, diligent, patient and will make a compelling pitch for our business. We are not a mass market product but a niche business and prefer quality over quantity. We will give you all the tools and point you in the right direction on how to go about contacting vendors, and also work with you in using a fine tuned script. Then we expect you to go out and make a specified number of calls each day. Your fee be generous and be based on getting clients to sign a contract for service with us. Clients do not pay anything to sign the contract and pay only when we get them bookings so it’s a very easy sell in general.
Detailed Description:
1. You must demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to convince.
2. Looking to ideally close 5-10 new client contracts per week per city.
3. Absolutely *NO* lying, cheating or spamming is allowed
4. We will provide literature and reference websites to educate you on the services we offer.
5. You should have good experience in marketing in New York City.
PM me first to tell me how you are going to get and close these sales so we can be sure you are thoughtful and have realistic in closing sales. Further your English must be impeccable and you must have some sense of New York City with its different neighborhoods.
