Description
You might bid on the other project but it wasn't clear to exactly what we need. I dont know exactly which programming type to use. Your input is very critical.We are a small home care company. We're looking for someone to develop a simple to use medical software for our company (nurses and other staff) from the forms we have. What would be is downloading our forms and our staff just click or type the info then upload (need suggestion on where to have the server if possible) or save in our system and we can pull them up or upload that daily if not instantly. This system enable user to sign in/out and track or imprint the day and time of using the software so when we print the documents out it is on the record.
We need a secure website for our medical staffs to log in fill in information on our forms. All of these info and save in our hosting server. The site allow me to add users and control the level of access. I am not a computer expert but I can give idea on what I need for each of the items but your input is very critical on user friendly. My ideal would be in folder/tab format for main items. For instance:
user sign in click on different folder: site location, patient, employee, admin, etc.. --under patients will be whole bunch of other tabs for: demographic, diagnoses, care plan, Current order (485) Oasis, medications (alert for things not done or initial, treatments (auto alert on stuff not being done or documented), appt (auto pop up), nursing documentation, assessment, HHA documentation, Rehab (OT, PT), These are just a few example.
We would like a developer/programmer or company that we can use for long term for maintenance. We can possible be partner on this software. I am a owner/nurse/bussiness person along with ideas on marketing.
