Description
I am working on a remote database project. I need someone who can:1. Take my Excel list of fields and tables
2. Create PHP front-end forms in PHP, Cold Fusion or Flex.
3. Create an environment that will allow one to enter data in the fields and store to MySQL server.
4, Use my form mock-ups in PPT.
5. There are appoximately 200 fields on 4 forms.
5. Create reports that can be printed form the database acoording to my specs.
Doesnt have to be done in a week - a month would be good. Optimally where I could give someone remote access to my server and it could all be loaded on and tested.
