Description
Provide a website where a user can upload video’s and images to be rated by other users. Users must be twitter members. They must add [twitter username info.] When a user uploads a picture or image to the system the system posts a tweet telling all their friends they have uploaded a new picture or video. [The admin will have a list of messages, the system will randomly choose 1 message to post] The uploaded pictures or videos are uploaded to Amazon S3 for storage. A user can look at [admin editable number] X pictures or videos before being told they have to sign in or create an account. It should look similar to a thickbox window when opening (grey out background). This count should be based off of cookies and / or IP [admin selectable checkbox option for each]. When pictures or videos are uploaded they will be asked to select a category that best represents the picture or video. The categories are edited in the Admin. The user also has the option to add a description, and keyword tags. The user is given the option to hotlink the picture or video to another site for X credits per click [Editable in admin, multiple options. Ex: 1 credit $.05, 100 credits $1.] Credits are purchased though user account. Merchant account is going to be though PayPal. The pictures and videos should be able to be flagged as inappropriate by other users or wrong category. They are able to be randomly browsed based on the category. When a picture or video is uploaded there will be a share link gen and it will be posted to the twitter account associated with the users account automatically. It will also be posted to the main twitter account associated with the website.When a user signs up, they will join the website, and add themselves to the main twitter account associated with the website as a follower.
System should check to make sure they are still following the main twitter account when they post an image or video.
Requirements:
Easy to edit template file, separated from PHP code as much as possible. Use of short codes for php codes inside template file preferred. Ex: <?=$string?>

Able to send emails to friends using Open Inviter for pictures or videos uploaded. Open Inviter option should be on every page that shows the picture or video.

Current News “Thickbox” style popup with current news information. Should show up until user clicks on delete news option.

Able to look though flagged pictures and videos to mark OK or delete, and Warn or ban user who uploaded video or picture.
Queue pictures and videos for removal that are over [x] days old that are not paid. When the picture or video is queued an email will be sent to the poster of the picture or video poster telling them they can renew the post for another [x] days by clicking a URL. The pictures and videos will remain in the delete queue for [x] days before they will be removed.
I’m sure there’s some more options that I forgot to add to this.....Basically it’s a traffic generation twitter project.
