I am after someone who can design an 'online realestate sign creation' tool similar to what this site offers: www.signsales.com.au

Just click on the 'create a sign link' select any franchise, then click on 'demo account' to see what I mean.

I am NOT looking for a clone of the above mentioned site.

This tool will need to be intergrated into an existing CMS website and it must be fully automated (ie: sends a PDF file of what a client creates online instantly) and easy to administer.

Design is totally open to the sucessful bidder, but I am looking for a clean, simple & efficient design, which will have 3 basic sections linked to a MySQL database:

1. Order
2. Manage
3. Track

I am thinking a folder tree like menu on the left frame, with the output to a right frame - again, you tell me what works best..

Ideally I am looking for bidders who have done this kind of work before and who can provide working demo's and/or samples of their work.
