A Niche script that can be installed and run on
almost any free hosting account.
Free hosts have many restrictions such as:

mod_rewrite - disabled
register_globals ON
safe_mode OFF
no crontab
no database
filesize restrictions

Some free hosts I might want to install on are:

I want the system to create pages like these (or similar):

Programming is to be done as PHP 5 compatible or higher.

Friendly URL's.
Generates XML sitemap like Google wants.
Optimized pages for SEO, etc...

Script will need to create pages based on a keyword text file (5-10 pages). Also gather articles and RSS feeds from the web (preferably from multiple locations). (maybe use CURL for articles?).
Those articles and feeds need to be displayed (parsed) as text on the page not a flash widget. That way the search engines will see it as content
Also want to be able to use free CSS templates like these:

As I already mentioned the script will reference text files for all changeable settings. I intend to Codelock the script to a specific domain, but I can handle all that. I can offer some assistance in design, testing & debugging.
