Description

We want something similar to the basic package of sitepal.com (we don't need any of their features just the base model).

To further explain:
1) We need an animated character, provider does not necessarily need to draw this, i'm sure something like this can be found on royalty free sites, etc). How this is done is upto the provider.

2) The character needs to have some "life like features", example: lip / eye / head movement

3) audio - character needs to speak. We need to have the option to change the audio for the character at anytime and to have multiple audios available since this will be used on several sites each with different info. The program should run so that we could select an animated character (in the future we plan on making more) and match it to the audio of our choice that we upload than add it to our sites.

4) We need to be able to easily install this to a website of our choice. The character and background behind the character should be made to be easily modified, including the character being changed in the future with ease.


Again sitepal.com should give you a good idea of what we are looking for but it is important that this is done in a way that does not infringe their copyright.
