I need someone to customize a website template I purchased from template monster.

Header / navigation links
(Home, About Us, Services, Fee, Contact) (CSS buttons - text - drop downs).

Bottom links
(Home, About Us, Services, Mediation, Fees, Testimonial, Faq, Links, Contact)

Paypal Integration in the Fee page of each service

Ability to create about 20 online Questionnaire for the online services – in the fee page (forms will be provided)

Need an admin. Panel to change and edit text if needed.

If possible online appointment ability would be appreciated

Once the changes are done, you will be inserting pictures and some of the text I will supply for the areas I indicate. You should have good web design, SEO and CSS skills.

Continuous communication is EXTREMELY important for me. I would like to see the site develop online on an every other day basis. I need someone who can start on the site ASAP.
