Bid On This Project

Description

Hi Bidders,

We have a created a website and a system that receives SMS's from customers then matches it against our database then automatically sends back a reply.

THERE'S A PROBLEM THOUGH !!

Everytime a customer sends a message to the system, we send back 2 replies. When we have a look at the gateway info it says that our customers are in fact sending 2 messages, and thats why we are sending 2 replies. When we have a look at the system info there are 2 seperate carrier ID's, BUT the problem is we are in fact only sending 1 message.
Our customers have sent messages, we have sent messages and there are always 2 replies. Somewhere in the system setup we there is a duplication of the MO's. Wemust fix this problem immediately.
**** We need someone very experienced in this area. ****

The winning bidder will be chosen within the next 3 hours, and will be required for work immediately!!

DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU SEND A PM STATING WHAT THE PROBLEM MAY BE, AND DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE POSITIVE FEEDBACK.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Regards

Nathan
