Small 2-page website for urban model search/sign-up.

The sites are hip-hop music oriented so the quality and fast loading time is of the utmost importance since many of our visitors will be on mobile devices or using dial-up. Help me get them online and completely functioning with several members, I'd like them up by 12/18. Need unlimited revisions until we get it just right. I must be able to update the sites myself so I'm not sure if joomla would be better, I just need them to look extremely good and load extremely well! Please be very savvy and easy to communicate with. Small bugdet- $300 pay at project completion.

These are easy sites for a skilled designer. I'm hoping to find the right person for the job. I will need help with many of my future projects as well so I'd like to find a long-term associate. I'm very impressed with GAF, this is the first featured project of several that I will be posting.
