Description

I’m looking for someone who has a php directory script already made.

This site is pretty simple and can be done in a day or two for the right person who has the script in hand and can make quick changes.

Here is what I need:

Directory site using php and mysql database (I will provide an excel file)
The directory has 50 main categories ( 50 states) and no subcategories.

Also need to make sure it does pagination where only 25 listings per page

Full admin backend that is simple to add and delete listings as well as banner ads

Would like to have a little wysiwyg editor to add text content to each page please

Front end should look something like http://www.templatemonster.com/website-templates/8807.html
(the template doesn’t have to be exact, but should be very close. The main of the template, top and bottom, is what I’m concerned with.) obviously, the directory part of the site will populate the middle. And need it to have place for banner ad spots that I can offer for sale.

So overall, this is a pretty simple site. Just have a directory script with admin for backend. Upload my database in to a mysql and integrate. And put it all in to the frontend template to make it look pretty.

Once project is complete, load it up on to my server (site and database + integrate) and I will retain all rights to my site upon full payment.

Please note that I am well aware of what this project should be bid for and how long it should take. I can get this done outside of GAF for less than 200 all day long. I am looking for someone who ALREADY HAS THIS SCRIPT DONE from a previous job and can simply apply my changes to it.

Please do not bid if you don't have a previous project done like this and can show me.

Please do not bid if you can't do this in a quick amount of time. More than 2-3 days is too long.
