Description

I need a program written for me that will Increase Ratings on my 100's of Youtube Videos. Using Proxy IP's that will rotate and be self contained within the software.

I have Hundreds of Youtube Videos so I will need to keep my Video URL's in a Database. I need the program to go through a list and randomly pic a proxy and rate the video with a youtube account I have made. If you can incorperate a yahoo account creator that will create the yahoo accounts and create the youtube accounts that will be acceptable as well. I dont require this but if you can do this I will look into it.

Randomly choose a Video to Rate and rate it either "4" or a "5".

Due to the previous fraud I have experienced I want to test this program before payment is released.
