Description

We want to make a chat system for our portal, our members will login here. there will be an option to create rooms, one can select room, also the can chat in common & they can also Private IM. admin should have rights to monitor the chat / save logs, search thru logs and view statics of chatters i.r number of logins / last login etc... we should have options to manage advertisements / banners / google adsense.

this should be totally customizable with our logo branded and full source code. those who have something similar ready need bid. we are not consedering high bids, those who want to make some quick money out of their ready work are invited. our's is a linux server with My Sql DB. those who have it ready need show demo for us to award the project quickly, those willing to make this need not bid.
