Description

I'm looking for someone to build a website for me very similar to:

http://www.thepokerbank.com/ (with a right side menu bar as opposed to the left)

but also with some of the nicer functionality of:

http://www.pokerlistings.com (ex. the user ability to rate articles and leave comments)

The designer will need to be an SEO expert, and be able to train me in how to add content once the majority of the site is complete. Upon completion and launching of site I would like to maintain a working relationship for several more similar projects as well as minor maintenance to the site.

I expect a high standard of work and have very specific requirements that must be met before I will release payment. Please message me if you think you will be able to do this project. I will discuss details with candidates that can show quality work that they have done in the past.
