Description

Presonality Requirements:
Must be cheerful, action person, people person with Excellent communication skills and command over written and verbal english.
Preferred to have a talent to quickly strike a conversation and build, maintain a network.
Must be Dilligent with Attention to Detail. Must not drop the ball on whats being asked off of her/ him.
Must be Responsible. Must follow up on commitments, verbal or written.
Must value Loyalty and Commitment: Candidate must value loyalty and be willing to commit long term.

Availability Requirements:
1. Must be able to act as a virtual personal assistant and be available for 4 hrs from 8AM - 12PM California Time and for 4 hrs between 8PM - 12AM California Time from monday to thursday for total of 32 hrs.
2. Applicant must be available by phone and messenger, computer literate, internet savy, and have a great phone presence.


Job Requirements:
1. Job will include writing/following up on emails, calling customers and prospects, finding new leads, answering calls, content creation for marketing, websites and other, managing other resources and work, email campaigns, managing vendors, websites, job candidates and misc. admin duties and functions.


Reporting and start:
1. You will be reporting to Senior executive of the company.
2. Work will start between Dec 1st and Dec 7th.


Benefits:
1. Candidate may be retained on a long term basis after 90 days if the candidate does a good job on all points mentioned above and becomes familiar with our company, our services and our systems. The salary will be negotiated at that time.
