15 PR2+ One-Way Links (non reciprocal)

Links from Auto Finance/Car Loan sites - relevant permanent links

2-3 different anchor texts, linking to a Auto Finance site

All Links must be from topically relevant English/French language-based developed websites (not under construction)

At least PR2 page (note that this means the actual PR of the linking page NOT just the main page)

Links must be permanent, free, one way/non-reciprocal and static
Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script
Links should not be on Flash sites or pages
Links should not be on web pages that are disallowed by robots.txt tag
Links should not be from framed pages or cloaked pages
Link must not reside on a page with more than 30 outbound links
Links should include the target keywords and or key phrases as a title tag on the text hyperlink

NO Links from DIRECTORIES, Articles,Forums, Blogs, Social Bookmarking, PR sites, google banned site, blackhat website, porn, gambling, pharmacy, political extremist, religious extremist, frame site or any illegal sites

No FFA, guestbooks, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links from link exchanges etc.

One link per IP/domain

All links must be from a different domain and IP address (geographically diverse, different class-c IP address block).

Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.)

Links must be static and direct using provided anchor text and title tag

The links must be LEGIT and PERMANENT.

No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks

All links must be indexable by Googlebot and may not have any page restrictions like rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages etc.

No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable

– Excel spreadsheet including the following columns and link data:
– Date link accepted
– Link URL (the URL of where our link is located)
– Google page rank of the link URL
– Anchor Text

I reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet the terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links instead

I would like a professional with great knowledge of SEO and link building. I am looking to build a long lasting relationship with those I work with and have more sites for link building - so please provide a realistic and proper price per link.

Please no amateurs or beginners, I will need to see documented references and current results.
