Description

I need a site launched in 2 weeks like http://crunchies2008.techcrunch.com/ with small changes. I believe it uses AJAX for the nomination pages and i want the same effect.

Key features:
- accept nominations that collects info in an excel / csv database
- user should be able to submit all nominations from same page without page refreshing - only each category once submitted like techcrunch
- should also allow for badge generator code like the crunch awards - this is optional but please quote so i can include or exclude
- blog cms
- place for ads that accepts html code so i can place ad images and links OR google adwords
- badge code generator
- winners page
- unlike crunchies site, i want to add images next to categories and images on winners page
