Hello This is our new project
We are a printing & Graphic Design company

We are planning to hire graphic designers and web programmers from other countries
We need to be able to invite them to sign up in to our website for free.

In admin panel we need to be able to input all our jobs, For example Postcards Design, Business Card Design, We Design, Etc. and assign jobs from admin panel to programmers or graphic designer, Freelancers etc. When programmers or graphic designs login in to their accounts they are going to see if they have a new job from us, Avery time we assign a job to anybody they need to get an email notifying them about the new job assign to them.

They are not going to be able to see any of our jobs only if the jobs has been assign to them. In our side in admin panel we want to be able to keep track of all jobs or projects we need a bar with color that shows the percent done on each project or task.

Each project need to have a serial or code for example ticket number or job number. Graphic designer and Programmers are going to be able to sent messages to admin about that project from that project, every project with their own messages or data record. very similar to tickets for support etc. Another sample is the type of messages that we used wen we post projetcs and talk about that particular project when programmers bid on it that type of messages like Getafreelancer.com or Scriptlance.com. In admin panel admin and designers need to be able to upload images or documents to that particular project.

All the projects need to be organize in categories for example graphic design with graphic designs web design with web design etc. In admin we need to be able to create new categories, I hope we can add different color to categories.

Admin has to be able to communicate with one or all programmers or designers and them to be able to communicate with administrator too. In admin panel we need to be able to add more administrator with security levels.

Each New job or new project that we post it has to be be in one line and has to show if has been assign to any body, show the name of that programmer, date assign, date that they start on it, approx Time to finish, if is in hold, pending, pay etc. We also need a bar with color that shows the percent done of that project, If admin click on the name of the programmer the information of that programmers has to show like a profiles and contact that particular programmers from there. Admin and Programmers need to be able to upload and download files to attach documents or pictures to each job, This script need to be strong to handle big files if is to ftp the script need to create a folder for each user register with us but admin need to be able to download images from admin panel not trout a ftp program. Admin and users need to have calendar and alerts or reminders for jobs that are almost due , due or past due when they login to have like a box where they are going to be able to see the alerts, not a popup out windows need to be a box integrated in the page. Administrator and Programmers need to be able to send emails or internal messages to each other.

We need to be able to reinstall this site or script easy with like a wizard where you just type your Data base information host name etc.. Just like most of the new commercial script in the market.

This website need to be more color full attractive with a nice face like this website on this demo is is possible to try to clone the template design

with a good size of text not too small not too big and all the spaces to type for example where graphic designers are going to be registering not to small where anybody can read it.

Later we are going to be adding a way to rent this site as a web base job tracking System for other companies like us with monthly or yearly free with PayPal or credit cards. Where companies that need a way to track their projects and manage designers can used this web base interface.
