Description

Hi,
I need to resize, separate and retouch scanned pictures to a specific size. I have huge pictures. I need to done them within few days. Its a 2/3 persons' full time work for 7/8 days I believe. So please bid accordingly. Cheap and qualified bidder will win the project.

answers of some queries:

a> about 1000 pictures need to be solved, 1/2 hundred may be more or less
b> I need atleast 200 pictures per day.
c> I need them in JPEG


Some more instructions:
a> I have attached "Instruction" please read it carefully.
b> "problem sheet" for a detail scenario of pictures you need to solve.
c> "Solve 1", "Solve 2" for examples of quick solve.
