Hello,

I need someone who can make a page with an IFRAME which loads another URL inside.

But visitors who access the page where is the IFRAME (or any other framing technology) in PHP or ASP will not be able to right click.

The page will load in Internet explorer ONLY but it would be appreciated if your system was working on Firefox as well (optional).

The URL which will load in the IFRAME (100%x100%) is a click bank affiliate URL. Also, the URL should not be displayed in the Internet explorer TITLE BAR either.
The page which includes the IFRAME will be displayed as a popup window 1024x768 and the popup should be displayed every HOUR. Please use cookies or whatever but I need to make sure that the popup will NOT load every time a new IE session is launched.

MY budget for this mini project is $20.

- Payment will be done by GAF escrow only and released as soon as you have showed me a working demo.

- You should have this done in one day max please since it's very easy when you know.
