Description

We need to implement SER with a billing system for wholesale use. We have 2 servers, one will be for SER and one for billing.

We need to do billing based on pre/post pay. It needs to be able to LOAD LCR routes, accept tech prefix, and do billing based on rate decks. NPA/NXX or OCN or Lata.
We are doing large volumes based on SER now. 30,000 calls. Needs to be able to handle on this.
