Description

I am in need of a skilled and affordable programmer (freelancer) who can create a custom windows-based application to flag spam ads on Craigslist (craigslist[dot]org).

Application must, for the time being, be able to allow me to paste a web address into the application, and then be able to flag the ad down. On each ad on the craigslist website, there is an area to the right of the ad where you can click SPAM/OVERPOST link. The link only works if you click it using multiple IP Addresses. So, the flagging tool needs to have an option to input a list of proxies to use for the flagging. It must cycle through the proxies as fast as possible until the ad has been removed.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE only bid if you completely understand this job. I'd prefer someone in the United States, and if you are overseas, you MUST have a contact phone number for United States citizens so I can call you and discuss this in more detail.

Please bid accordingly.
