I require a website.

The features should be :

SHOULD BE ABSOLUTELY CLEAN AND CORPORATE. BID ONLY WITH EXAMPLES WILL BE ACKNOWLEDGED, SEND EXAMPLES ALONG OF SIMILAR WEBSITES.

1. It should be bi-lingual(I need the facility of second language i will write the content myself)

2. Should have a control panel preferably

3. Should accpet online payment : paypal , moneybookers, egold etc.

4. Should have a chat facility

5. Needless to say it should have metas, search engline friendly.
