I need the clone of this auction http://gesext.de/. Basicly it is a simple auctionsoftware. Pay pal and other payment methods have to be easy to implement by me. Easy template system to customize. All the common Admin features about statistics.

Payment only after complition by escrow, if that is ok then bid otherwise no.
