Description:	We need an advertisement system with following specifications: • Function to register each individual, both ‘Advertiser’ and ‘Publisher’, in a user account. • Function for click and payment system to show ‘Impression’ and ‘Pay per click’ • Each publisher to be able to post advertisement for himself using his own revenue. And each advertiser to able to earn from his own websites. • Function to display text ads and banner ads in all common sizes, each with a code in its own size (exactly similar to Google AdSense advertisement system) • Function for adding small photos beside the text ads, ‘Photo Text’. • Function to support PayPal and other payment systems such is Moneybookers and wire transfer. • Two languages functionality (to support left-to-right and also right-to-left languages), both in the descriptions and websites advertisements’ codes. • To display the codes from right to left, for order of ads and also the texts. • For the English version, the currency should be USD, and for the right-to-left version, the currency should be ‘Iranian Toumans’. Note: in this system you do not need to know any specific right-to-left language, but you only need to write in English from right to left, we will translate the text accordingly. • Function for transferring credit by the members, and deducting the commission by the system with the ability to determine the commission percentage in the admin control panel. • Forum for advertisers and publishers. • And all other standard features those other advertising systems have. For the Admin page of the website, the following functions are needed: • In ads management, a function is needed to count the clicks on each ad, NOT more than one click in every two minutes. • Function for advertisers to determine the value of each click, and for publishers to be able to choose the ads. • The ad price to be competitive and the publishers to be able to choose the more clicked ads. • From control panel, to be able to manage ads of all publishers; o List of New Ads o List of More clicked Ads o List of High Value Ads • In the users’ control panel, a function is required that in pre-active mode, all the ads are visible to all publishers, unless in their user control panel there is no ‘ tick’ for displaying all the ads, which means it’s inactive and they need to choose the ads themselves. • The ads which their display time or click amount is over, will be automatically removed from the main list of choices, but they will remain under the finished ads of each advertiser in the advertisers management list. The renewal will be completed without the approval from the website’s management (automatic display after the required payment) • Efficient use of MySQL and fast loading of ads in website’s pages. Important Notes: • The priority will be with lower bids and high credit users. • In case of good performance of the designed system, you will have higher priority in our future projects. Since success of this system can bring us high profit, we will have enough budgets to implement bigger projects which need more sophisticated systems and programs. • In case one or more of the above mentioned specifications of the system is/are not designed in the system, the developer must do that part free of charge. ••• At the beginning of the project we will upload $500 only to the escrow payment. The rest of it will be uploaded when we see a working demo of the project. The whole amount will be released when the project is installed in our server and the working code is given to us. Please do not bid if you do not agree. • The project must be started from the scratch. We don't want to get a modified version of a CPC system. P.S.: The following note should be added to clarify about the transferring credit function: “Note: Sometimes you would like to cash your pay earlier than the due, or you would like to buy credit from one of your country mates and pay him outside the system. You are able to do this, but of course with deduction of commission by the system.”
