Description:	I need a professional quote for the creation of a website to provide a legal referral service in the US. The primary method of linking attorneys and customers will be the customer's ability to register for the service and pay a nominal fee to ask a legal question. Attorneys are able to register their own account and see the list of questions and choose which questions to answer, obtaining a certain portion of the fee for the question and providing their own contact info to the customer. The system must be secure, accept payments, provide automatic communication through email, provide for a feedback system for customers to rank and give comments on attorneys, and be able to function in various languages. The project needs to be completed within a three month time period, preferably shorter. The attached document is just an initial summary, and I am unsure of the appropriate programming and database requirements, so please advise, I currently have the website domain reserved and a basic server with yahoo business but assume I need to move this to handle more volume, since my customer base is very broad. This is essentially a clone of the site justanswer.com, with different web design and slightly different functioning. Same basic interactive live structure, with payment mechanisms and registration.
