Description:	I need a interactive, user friendly Technical support website, where in the user can select the system configs and tech issues by various drop downs. Once the issue is selected the user is sent to a Decision tree page where he/she is provided with steps to perform (t/shooting) and match the output with that given in the decision tree. For eg, if the issue is NO POWER, then the decision tree will ask the user to chk the power socket and all cable connections. There will be two outputs, YES MY ISSUE IS RESOLVED, NO, I AM STILL UNABLE TO TURN ON THE COMPUTER. then the next step for t/shooting begins.. I need an elaborate site with all issues related to DELL XPS notebooks and desktops, all models. You can refer to DELL Tech support and use the Knowledge base and decision tree ideas from that website.. I want this site to be developed asap. Please mention the time yu will need for this site to be launched. Please feel free to ask questions and clarify doubts before bidding.
