Description

We need a PNG file created in Fireworks that matches the image we have attached to this post.

All effects need to be generic (ie: Using Fireworks' inbuilt filters) and colours etc. need to be editable. They must also be vectors - able to be resized without constraint.

Some string attached to the balloons might be nice too =)

Also (forgot to mention this previously... sorry):

The Front balloon needs to be yellow, not pink, and say the words "The Singing Balloon" with a musical note somewhere. Text should be blue.
