Hi all

We are after a Unix FTP server , ( or PHP software plus FTP ) that
supports virtual folders ( on the same server and across across many server )

Virtual folders are critical , as we manage many programmers OS and
they need shared information and access to their own information for upload and download

At present we have to give them multiple directories to manage and this is very cumbersome As UNIX - STYLE ftp is very poor to manage. .

What we are after is a UNIX app that can be installed on our Linux server
and be as easy to use and manage as Ocean FTP. With most of its features

If you can provide a script or write this application please advise

a) Script you intend to use
b) time frame
c) price

Note we will not pay in advance ( just bitten to many times on GAF ) but we will
pay 50% once on your server demonstrated 100% working as per http://www.codeocean.com/products/oceanftpserver/index.html
and 20% upon installation and working on our server of choice , with the final 30% when tuned and source provided.
We are happy to work in Escrow.
