I am looking for someone who already has a SMS text website dvelopment experience.

The final website should offer online credit purchase and clients accounts functionalities, similar to basic HTTPSMS service for www.textmagic.com, a downloadable software for desktop SMS usage similar to http://www.cardboardfish.com/products/business/windowsdesktopsms.html (stand alone features) and a subscription service (basic subscription for reminders such as birthdays and meetings) and subscriptions for news, sports, travel news etc. (similar to www.4info.net but just the basic not keyword driven)

We will provide the script, which will be from cardboardfish.com

Features:
Contacts area for storing recipients.
Incoming messages to our system.
Supports two-way messaging.
Custom alphanumeric sender ID.
Message of individual or group recipients.
History of sent SMS
Address book
Buy credits
Credit balance
Messages to be limited in characters (for free messages based on if they are paid for or free)
Delivery reports
Facilitae entruy of messages from advertisers
