Description

I need link building in one month with the following conditions:

The links will be one way links, PR 3+ (PR of the page the links are placed)

All Links must be related.

- No link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, web directories, Blogs, strictly no FFA's, gambling, pharmacy, illegal, porn, violent, or hate-based, guestbooks, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links.
- All links must be indexed by robots, not blacklisted form Google.
- One link per IP/domain
- The linking page has to have no more than 30 outbound links.
- All links must be static, plain, standard a href type links (no cgi etc...) and direct using provided anchor text
- Al links must be indexable by googlebot. no rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking and the like
- Link page must have a recent Google cache; no less then 30 days old.
- No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable.
- No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks.
- Non-reciprocal links only.
- Links should not be from framed pages or cloaked links
- Page containing link must be listed in Google's Cache
- Links must be permanent and remain active.
- Links Must be from different, geographically diverse, Class-C IP Addresses
- You will provide an excel spreadsheet containing Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink)
- All links in real estate industry
- Bid only if you are dedicated for long term
- I need 100 links
