Description

Need to outsource part of the redesign of an event promotion organization's website with moderate use of Flash and some dynamic ASP programming. Client is into the music and event promotion business and organizes about 4-5 events per year for business professionals.

Existing website need total overhaul in line with client's vision of a modern but not futuristic look. Currently, we have several projects we are working on and is presently unavailable to solely redesign this web site to meet client's deadline.

The important element of the web site includes:
a) Flash Intro page
b) Home page with dynamic flash elements
c) Newletter (preferably programmed in ASP)
d) Photo gallery
e) Event page (this page must be a template to allow client change the content themselves as the host events). Event page must also have the ability to sell events ticket online through paypal, 2checkout.com and google checkout.
f) About us page
h) Contact us page
g) Sponsorship page

Winning bidder will be assigned a project manager who will supervise the project and ensure the strict deadline of October 30 is met. Selected bidders will be provided with more details as well as link to current web site.

Please note that client is well aware that this project is being outsourced but has assigned full project management responsibilities to us and will not deal with anyone else directly.
