Description

For a new domain (not online yet)i wish to get at least pagerank=1 in shortest time possible (white hat).

Topic of commercial website (currently under construction) will be: "Online web development"

URL is SEO oriented and will be something like: "Online-web-development.com" (example only!)

I need this pagerank due to link building. (will do this myself after i get the pagerank)

Suggest me any method that will be cheap and fast and not get my domain blacklisted. Do NOT propose monthly subscriptions.
