Description

I have a TGP named girlsprime.com (check it!) Right now it's PR is 0. I wish you to help increase the TGP's PR from 0 (currently) to PR 4, doing link building. Please give me a timeframe, a reasonable one. You will be able, if necessary, to add all link recips at the bottom of the TGP (graphical or text recips, doesn't matter), organized in a nice way (no messy work). The needed outcome of the project is to get the TGP a PR of 4. You can get all the links necessary. Also, the TGP must not be penalized by google.com or other search engine because of bad techniques.

You can make up to 250 dollars with this project.
