Hi,

I need an all round developer or developers who have very good communication, hard working, professional, sticks to deadlines, good attention to detail and who can provide technical advice during projects.

Background
I run a small web deign company based in the UK. The projects I have are mainly small information sites and portfolios sites to large highly customised OScommerce based e-commerce shops.

My Role
I will provide project management at all stages including providing detailed project specifications, client communications, any help/information you need during projects and help in testing the finished project and managing the amendments stage.

I will also provide all design guide layouts in order for the site to be built.

Your Role
I need an individual or group of freelancers to work on web projects on a regular basis (1-2 projects a month). I need someone that has good communication, sticks to deadlines, who shows initiative, professional, shows a good attention to detail and has the following Skills:

- Ability to produce standards compliant XHTML/CSS from Photoshop guide layouts
- Experienced PHP and MYSQL programmer
- Javascript programmer experienced in proving accessible future proof code
- Experienced OScommerce coder happy to work on heavily customised oscommerce programs
- Experienced in working with paypal pro integrations


How to quote for this work?
- Please give me your hour and day rate so I have a good idea of what you might charge
- Please only European, American or Canadian please.
- Must be fluent in English
- If time differences are an issue then you must be prepared, at site launch times to work within the UK time if needed
- Please include some relevant examples of your work
