Description

We are looking for 10 permanent PR 3+ cacheable UK links, with requirements as follows:

- Links must be from domains hosted in the UK
- Links should be within related content and with certain and targeted anchor text to point to our website
- No links in blog comments, although links within blog content is acceptable, and desirable
- Links must be manually submitted, with no use of automated software of linkbots
- Links should be both free, permanent, and one way
- The page our link is placed on must have a Google PR of 3+
- There must be no more than 35 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed
- Page must be indexed at least monthly, or more often, by Google
- No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics
- All links must be Search engine friendly & Googlebot friendly
- Any page restrictions like rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages etc. are unacceptable
- No redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc.
- Link page should be only from English language sites
- Will not accept links from: link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, directories, scraper sites, mirror sites, or article submissions
- Only links from good neighborhoods will be accepted
- Avoid sites from bad neighborhoods like Free For All websites, pharmacy, illegal, hacker, porn, violent, or hate-based, guest books, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, blacklisted sites, etc.
- Links should be on High ranking sites verified by Alexa are preferred
- No sites banned by Google
- Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses and domains
- Links must be submitted naturally to avoid any penalties
- Link pages must be static
- All Links must be from topically relevant English language-based developed websites (not under construction)
- Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted
- We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links
- As quality is important, only when we are satisfied will payment be made

5. URL of page with link
6. URL Page PR
7. Anchor Text
8. Date Submitted
9. Date Accepted
10. Cached Date
