Description

I need someone to create a simple desktop application for my newly open store.
The application need following functions.
1. Create New Member
2. Edit Member Info
3. Recharge Membership Card
4. Charge to Membership Card
5. Search for Member
6. Search Sale Order

1. Create New Member
- Needed Fields: First Name, Last Name, Phone#, Email#, Member ID
- Option Fields: Address1, Address2, City, State, Zip, Gender, Birthday
- Constraint: Member ID must be unique (check db)

2. Edit Member Info
- Ask Member ID to look up member.
- Pull member info from database and display on screen.
- Editable Field: First Name, Last Name, Address1, Address2, City, State, Zip, Phone#, Email
- NOT Editable Field: Gender, Member ID.

3. Recharge Membership Card
- This function must be password protected.
- Ask and check username/password before proceed.
- Look up member by member id
- Show current balance.
- Pull up member info with 3 additional field: purchase, bonus and total.
- Admin only allow to enter number into purchase and bonus, Total is purchase + bonus.
- Confirm screen to show adding "total credit" to the member id.
- Once confirm, update database and reflect new credit.

4. Charge Membership
- Look up member by member id.
- Create an order for that member
- 3 Fields Needed: Service, Goods, Tips.
- There need to be a print receipt function, which prints a receipt with member's first name, last name, member id, remain balance, server amount, goods amount, tips (empty), total (empty) and a line for signature.

5. Search for member
- Check box to look for member by "member id", name (first + last), "phone#"
- It pulls up results from database with matching result. Display Member ID, First Name, Last Name, Phone# and button to show "Detail"
- When click on Detail, it pull up the member detail info and 2 more button, "View Purchase History" and "View Sale History"
- View Purchase history pull up all purchase history for that member.
- View Sale History pull up all sale history for that member.

6. Search Sale Order
- Look up order by order id.
- Pull up order detail.
- 3 fields are editable: Service, Goods, Tip (because we need to enter tip into the system after customer fill it on the receipt)
- To edit Service or Good you need to enter username/password
- If Tip is empty, do not need username/password to edit, if it is >$0 then need username/password to edit

Should be pretty straight forward. This need to be a desktop application and connect to database so I can run report later.
