Description

I. Overview
We are looking to build management website to control our existing agent programs which involve in encrypting or decrypting DBMS data.

▶ A qualified developer or team must have extensive experience in the following area
1) Java/JSP programming
2) Oracle programming (MS SQL Server, MySQL)
3) Ajax/Javascript programming
4) Good communication in English

▶ Have a long distance calling plan like Skype and msn.

▶ At least daily report about progress and frequent discussion with us will be needed.
Because this website needs to use functions provided by our programmers.

▶ All source codes should be on our testing server from the beginning.

▶ System Requirements
1) Code should be maintainable and understandable.
2) The website must be stylish and dynamic. This website is much closer to Intranet, not a website for general online users. So the website provides dynamic user interface minimizing refreshment of pages. Ajax is preferred.


II. Deliverables
1. All source codes and rights should belong to us. All of them should be provided to us.
2. Administrator’s guide documents and developers’ guide documents for maintenance
3. Implementation plan at the beginning including your programmers’ profile and role.
4. Signed Non Disclosure Agreement should be airmailed to us.
