Description

I need a custom made web based function:

Say I have a database of 100 entries (csv format).

Each entry is a particular 'Last Name'.

For example, a .csv file would have these entries:
1. Smith
2. Hill
3. Adams
.
.
.
100. Last Name

Now, I need a function that will:

1. Send each entry, one by one to a search engine such as people.yahoo.com or people.lycos.com or peopledata.com.
2. Search each entry
3. Download all the results (mailing address) into a spreadsheet.

This function can be done using any web based language such as html, php etc. or some windows based software.
